Didn’t like it that they automatically added a tip on a pickup order - it should be disclosed and should be at my discretion. The bill that was attached to the order didn’t list the items ordered and the service charge - just the total charged. When I was handed the credit card machine to pay, it was set up to ask for another tip. Other places would have said that a tip had already been included.

Been going here for years now and it’s the best place I’ve found to get roast BBQ pork! Always get take out the great tasty fresh food and portions are incredible! Great find in Toronto and very consistent! I always get broccoli on the side and ask for extra sauce - they always deliver a delicious and tasty meal! So easy to order for pick up on their website and ready shortly after! Great gem in the city!

Got home and found one dish was missing from the order. The Won Ton soup had very little pork in it. The sweet and sour pork was a bit overdone and dry. Just not up to the standards we have experienced in the past. One other point is that 1) I will leave a tip at my discretion, but don't like it included in the bill and 2) I was sorry to learn that you no longer apply a discount for paying in cash.

My meal was good but when I went into the store I also bought duck and rice and was charged the full amount for my online order for which I had already paid.
